GlobalMedicareNow connects patients with doctors, hospitals, lodging, transport, and support services. Medical suitability, provider availability, and third-party execution remain subject to the provider or partner that delivers the service.
Consultations, quotes, and approved travel-related charges must remain inside GlobalMedicareNow payment flows. External direct payments to providers or vendors fall outside platform support, dispute handling, and operational protection.
Users must provide accurate registration data, protect account credentials, and avoid misuse of the platform, provider information, or protected content. Access may be restricted when fraud, abuse, or policy breaches are detected.
These terms are prepared for Panama-law-oriented operations and may be updated as legal review progresses. Continued use after publication of a new version will be governed by the acceptance architecture introduced in later plan 13 slices.
