Separate clinical consent

Registering an account does not complete health-data consent. A dedicated consent step will be required before the platform processes medical histories, images, required exams, or clinical documentation.

Sharing scope

When that explicit consent is requested, it will cover the transfer of relevant data to selected doctors, clinics, hospitals, and future country providers needed for consultation, treatment planning, and approved care coordination.

Withdrawal request process

Users may request withdrawal of health-data consent by contacting the legal/privacy team at [email protected]. The request should identify the account and describe the data or workflow affected so the team can review the scope safely.

Withdrawal and limits

Withdrawal requests may stop new health-profile intake, medical uploads, treatment coordination, or provider-review workflows that require continued processing. Legal, audit, payment, security, dispute, safety, and records-retention obligations may still limit immediate deletion or require the platform to retain specific records.
