Refund handling depends on the service stage, legal exceptions, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and the responsibilities of providers and partners involved in the medical journey.
This legal content is now versioned for operational use, but it remains pending formal legal review before production freeze.
Payments recognized by GlobalMedicareNow must remain inside the platform. Only platform-recognized charges can be reviewed for cancellation support, duplicate-payment review, technical error handling, or dispute escalation.
Coordination work, reserved provider time, or committed third-party charges may be non-refundable once incurred, but legal exceptions, unauthorized charges, duplicates, or technical failures must still be reviewed case by case.
Refund outcomes may depend on the provider, hospital, hotel, transport partner, or payment processor involved. Final outcomes remain subject to the published acceptance and dispute architecture introduced in later plan 13 slices.
